I am asking you to please consider more detail for the affordable housing units. Lakewood needs access to multi-bedroom units, ones designed to house families. The Lakewood housing market both in sales and rentals is seeing an affordability issue, teetering on the edge of crisis. Families are being pushed out due to the rising costs of housing. We need to create and implement a program that will work. One designed to create and sustain affordable housing for all residents, Thank you.
