RESOLUTION 2021-25 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, Director of Public Works and City Engineer, to submit an application for the NatureWorks Grant through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, to execute any and all agreement necessary to accept an award and to obligate funds required to com-plete the project to become eligible for reimbursement under the grant program. NatureWorks' grant program also provides funding for renovating city baseball fields (see: city of Twinsburg). Can a portion of this grant be applied towards fixing our fields? If all funds are already earmarked for Foster Pool, can a separate grant application be made to obtain funding for our fields?
