ORDINANCE 29-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, amending Section 149.08 Vacations, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances to grant vacation time to employees who are hired part time to accrue vacation time and to allow for credit for prior service with the State or any political subdivision of the state and to grant vacation time to part-time employees.
