I support the holistic approach to gun safety as outlined in the Communication from Kepple/Neff/Shachner. I would like to make comments as to why this is approach is the only way to sustain an public safety for all residents.

I support this effort as intersectional and holistic approaches will discontinue the city's racist legacy and reputation in the Greater Cleveland area among racially oppressed and repressed groups of people. One just has to look at headlines and studies to suggest how much of this is needed.
