RESOLUTION 2021-23 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Superintendent of the Lakewood City Schools regarding the division of duties and responsibilities for the operation and maintenance of recreation fields and facilities.
