33. RESOLUTION 2021-63 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or her designee to file an application for assistance under the Coastal Management Assistance Grants Pro-gram through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and to enter into any agreements necessary to accept and expend funds awarded.
