RESOLUTION 2022-41 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately providing it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of the Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor and/or Director of Public Works to file an Urban Canopy Restoration Grant Application with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) requesting $25,000 in matching state funds to support the planting of trees on public lands during the fall 2023 planting season, and to obligate funds to satisfactorily complete the proposed project by December 31, 2023.
