RESOLUTION 2022-43 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately providing it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of the Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the City Engineer to file Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant Application with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) for Lakewood Skate Park Phase II project and to authorize matching funds to satisfy the requirements of the grant.

13. Communication from Director Vargo regarding the 2023-2025 Collective Bargaining Agreements for Firefighters and Paramedics.

14. RESOLUTION 2022-44 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, to enter into an Agreement with the Lakewood Firefighters Association for a three-year period commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2025, and ratifying that Agreement.

15. RESOLUTION 2022-45 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, to enter into an Agreement with the Lakewood Paramedic Association for a three-year period commencing January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2025, and ratifying that Agreement.
