RESOLUTION 2023-32 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the City Engineer of the City of Lakewood to prepare and execute an application for Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funds for the stated described project and to submit same to the Northeast Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) for consideration of funding by Ohio Association of Regional Councils (OARC) on behalf of Lakewood.

20. RESOLUTION 2022-55A- A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, amending Resolution No. 2022-55, adopted December 19, 2022, authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit the Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) One-Year Action Plan of the FY20-FY24 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Consolidated Plan) which includes dollar allocations and activities to be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) resources, as well as any other entitlement funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all amendments thereto, and all understandings and assurances contained therein, and incorporates the City's application to HUD for FY23 CDBG, ESG, and HOME funds.
