RESOLUTION 2023-34 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Iceland USALakewood LLC and all related agreements for the closing of the lease of 14740 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, known as Winterhurst Ice Rink.

14. RESOLUTION 2023-35 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, to enter into an agreement to accept a 2023 Ohio EPA Recycle Ohio Grant award in the amount of $26,897 and requiring a match of City funds in the amount of $8,995.
