34. ORDINANCE 41-2023 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council to amend Chapter 779 Medical Marijuana Operations of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood to provide a permitting process for both Medical and Adult Use Marijuana Dispensaries.
