RESOLUTION 2024-09 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing Councilmember Kyle Baker as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of Lakewood Alive for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2026.
