RESOLUTION 2024-22 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an updated agreement for the establishment of the Westshore Council of Governments.

RESOLUTION 2024-23 – A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Director of Public Works to accept a grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Recycle Ohio Grant program in the amount of $200,000 for the purchase and replacement of an estimated 4,630 residential recycling toters and requiring a match of 25% or $50,000.

RESOLUTION 2024-24 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or Director of Law to enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County to accept the amount of $100,000 in settlement of all claims to the date of the agreement regarding the housing of sentenced individuals.
