17. RESOLUTION 2024-52 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appropriating $21,580,000 and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement which will allow the City of Lakewood to participate in the Bunts Road Rehabilitation project in the City of Lakewood with the Ohio Department of Transportation.
