RESOLUTION 2024-53 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the City Engineer to prepare and submit applications to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission State Capital Improvement and/or Local Transportation Improvement Program(s) and execution of all contracts as required.
