RESOLUTION 2024-77 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or her designee to file an application for assistance under the Coastal Management Assistance Grants Program through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and to enter into any agreements necessary to accept and expend funds awarded.

RESOLUTION 2024-78 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, requesting Cuyahoga County to proceed with the reconstruction of Clifton Boulevard from Linda Street to Webb Road as part of the Lake/Clifton Connector Project resolving to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the construction and construction supervision for the replacement of existing waterline including all associated work within the City of Lakewood.
