RESOLUTION 2025-06 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, Director of Public Works or City Engineer to enter into an agreement under the Community Cost-Share Program (the "CCS Program") with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (the "District") for reimbursement to the City of Lakewood of the cost of labor for required for citywide catch-basin cleaning.
