RESOLUTION 2025-29 - A RESOLUTION to honor Juneteenth National Independence Day and spread awareness of Juneteenth as a federal holiday to respect the significance of June 19, 1865, the date on which federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas to free the last of the enslaved people, which occurred two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

RESOLUTION 2025-32 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, Director of Public Works or City Engineer, to submit an application for the NatureWorks Grant through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, to execute any and all agreements necessary to accept an award and to obligate funds required to complete the project to become eligible for reimbursement under the grant program.
