RESOLUTION 2025-32 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, Director of Public Works or City Engineer, to submit an application for the NatureWorks Grant through the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, to execute any and all agreements necessary to accept an award and to obligate funds required to complete the project to become eligible for reimbursement under the grant program.
