12. RESOLUTION 2025-34 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or Director of Law to enter into a purchase agreement with LDC WARREN LIMITED an Ohio Limited Liability Company, owner of the property located at, 1470 Warren Road, Lakewood, Ohio (PPN 314-04-065), and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the purchase and sale according to the terms of that agreement.

RESOLUTION 2024-69A - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, amending Resolution No. 2024-69, adopted December 18, 2024, authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) One-Year Action Plan of the FY25-FY29 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Consolidated Plan) which includes dollar allocations and activities to be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) resources, as well as any other entitlement funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all amendments thereto, and all understandings and assurances contained therein, and incorporates the City's application to HUD for FY25 CDBG and ESG funds.
