RESOLUTION 2025-74 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, supporting the intervention of the City of Lakewood in proceedings titled In the Matter of the Application of Ohio Edison Company, The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, and The Toledo Edison Company to Establish Minimum Reliability Standards pending before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (the “Commission”).
