RESOLUTION 2025-71A - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, to amend Resolution No. 2025-71, adopted March 2, 2026 to include a base fee for electric permits.
