ORDINANCE 37-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, amending Sections within Chapter 144 Civil Service Commission to allow the hiring of one lateral entry police officer for every two officers hired off of the Civil Service Eligibility List.
