RESOLUTION 2021-54 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, Director of Public Works or City Engineer to enter into an agreement under the Community Cost-Share program with Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District for the replacement of filters at city owned properties. RESOLUTION 2021-55 - RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor, Director of Public Works or City Engineer to enter into an agreement under the Community Cost-Share program with Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District for reimbursement of the cost of city labor for required city-wide catch basin cleaning.
