ORDINANCE 03-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council amending Section 1306.28 Water Heating Facilities, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances to allow public bodies in the City of Lakewood to update the local code to the 2017 Ohio Plumbing Code. ORDINANCE 04-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council amending certain penalties within Chapter 13 Building Code, of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances to establish more appropriate penalties for violation of the Property Maintenance and Safety Code. 04-2022 - Changes to Ch 13 of Building Code

ORDINANCE 05-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect November 30, 2022 enacting requirements for structural engineer reports from property owners for the façade of any occupiable structure 30 years old and more than four stories in height, for any underground parking structure and any above ground parking structure.
