RESOLUTION 2022-28 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, to call on the Ohio Legislature and Congress to act to protect abortion rights in the wake of the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey.
