ORDINANCE 42-2023 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council to amend Schedule 1129.02 Permitted uses in commercial districts and Chapter 1165 Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood and to permit Medical and Adult Use Marijuana Dispensaries in Commercial Districts.
