2. RESOLUTION 2022-14 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the negotiation of an agreement by and between the City of Lakewood, Ohio, a municipal corporation and political subdivision in and of the State of Ohio (the “City”), related to the development of City-owned property at the southeast corner of Detroit Avenue and Belle Avenue. 3. ORDINANCE 15-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, amending Section 335.01, Driver’s or Commercial Driver’s License Required, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood in order update the penalties for violation of this provision to match those established in the Ohio Revised Code. 4. ORDINANCE 16-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, to establish a right to counsel for individuals in civil cases involving tenants facing eviction in Lakewood Municipal Court.
