RESOLUTION 2024-67 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or Director of Planning and Development to execute and file an application with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and to provide all information and documentation required to become eligible for possible funding assistance for the Winterhurst Ice Arena Capital Plan. RESOLUTION 2024-68 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing an agreement between the City of Lakewood, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the Lake/Clifton Connector Project, and the County of Cuyahoga, Ohio. 7. Communication from Planning Director Byington and Development Officer Wyman regarding FY25 HUD Annual Action Plan & Lakewood Citizens Advisory Committee FY25 Federal Funding Allocation Recommendations.

8. RESOLUTION 2024-69 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) One-Year Action Plan of the FY25-FY29 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Consolidated Plan) which includes dollar allocations and activities to be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) resources, any other entitlement funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all amendments thereto, and all understandings and assurances contained therein, and incorporates the City's application to HUD for FY25 CDBG and ESG funds.
