RESOLUTION 2024-24 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or Director of Law to enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County to accept the amount of $100,000 in settlement of all claims to the date of the agreement regarding the housing of sentenced individuals. RESOLUTION 2024-25 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor or Director of Law to enter into an agreement to accept the total amount of $37,000 in settlement of all remaining civil claims against Atlas Masonry Restoration and Maintenance, Burton Carol Management, and Marine Towers Limited Liability Company regarding the collapse of the parking garage at 12540 Edgewater Drive, Lakewood, Ohio.
