ORDINANCE 28-2026 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, clarifying that short term rentals are a form of Bed and Breakfast Establishment pursuant to LCO 1161.03(c) and establishing additional criteria regulating this conditional use.

RESOLUTION 2025-26A - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, amending Resolution No. 2025-66, adopted November 17, 2025, authorizing and directing the Mayor to submit the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) One-Year Action Plan of the FY25–FY29 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Consolidated Plan) which includes dollar allocations and activities to be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) resources, any other entitlement funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all amendments thereto, and all understandings and assurances contained therein, and incorporates the City’s application to HUD for FY26 CDBG and ESG funds.
