ORDINANCE 05-2022 – AN ORDINANCE to take effect November 30, 2022 enacting requirements for structural engineer reports from property owners for the façade of any occupiable structure 30 years old and more than four stories in height, for any underground parking structure and any above ground parking structure. 7. ORDINANCE 13-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council repealing a portion of Lakewood Codified Ordinances Section 779.06 Fees, pertaining to medical marijuana dispensaries. 9. ORDINANCE 10-2022 – AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an amendment to the concession lease agreement with HELP Foundation, Inc. for the operation of food concessions at Lakewood Park, pursuant to Section 155.08 of the Codified Ordinances. RESOLUTION 2022-07 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Mayor to enter into a permanent traffic control safety improvements easement agreement with JK & MAG LLC, governing the rights of the parties relative to a parcel located at 17203 HILLIARD RAD, Lakewood, Ohio 44107 (PPN#311-11-006) which grants the City of Lakewood access to the parcel for construction and ongoing maintenance of any and all traffic control devices and appurtenances in exchange for the replacement of approximately 225 square feet of non-compliant concrete sidewalk panels. 11. ORDINANCE 11-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, amending Chapter 549.10, Fireworks, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood in order to address and account for changes made to Ohio law and adopt a conforming local ordinance regulating fireworks.
