ORDINANCE 23-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect January 1, 2023 amending Section 905.13, Disorderly Conduct; Intoxication, and Section 502.01, Indoor Air Pollution, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood to for the purpose of prohibiting smoking and vaping in the City’s parks. ORDINANCE 26-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the City of Lakewood, Ohio to transfer title of an access drive (The Property), as more fully described in the quit claim deed attached as Exhibit “A”, to West 117 Development Phantasy LLC.
